Once we receive your returned items and confirm their eligibility, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. We aim to make this process seamless, ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damages and Issues:

Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Dippify accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges:
For a speedy exchange, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the items meet the eligibility criteria, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, processing times by your bank or credit card company may affect the refund posting.
